About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Assist licensed physical therapists in performing therapeutic exercises and treatments.
- Help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals through education and motivation.
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Georgia.
- At least one year of recent relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
