Requirements
- Current state or equivalent compact license (must have active License in hand)
- At least 2 years of recent PT-Outpatient experience
- Current Resume
- Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for PT-Outpatient
- 2 current leadership references and 1 current co-worker reference
- Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
