Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - Orthopedics & Neurology - $2,143 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 26, 2026, in Sylva, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer preferred.

Pay

The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
