About the role

This travel job is with Upstream Rehabilitation in Jonesboro, GA 30236. The contract duration is 7 weeks, with a schedule of 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift (day shift). The role starts as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 1 year of Physical Therapy staff experience.
• Associate degree or required certifications.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy.
• A valid state-issued Driver’s License or State ID.
