Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy in a clinical setting
- Work 8‑hour day shifts, totaling 40 hours weekly
- Utilize the InSync EMR system
- Adhere to facility dress code and procedures
- No on‑call duties required
- Maintain active state licensure (obtain full license during assignment if starting on a compact license)
- Have prior outpatient experience
- Provide one professional reference
- Submit SSN for consideration
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid PT license (state‑specific or compact)
- Outpatient therapy experience
- Ability to work independently
- Compliance with licensing requirements
- First‑time travelers welcome (specific eligibility criteria for previous assignments at the facility)
