Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Medford, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Document patient progress in electronic health records
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant License
- BLS via American Heart Association
- EMR epic
Qualifications
- State license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant required
