Skyline Med Staff Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in District Heights, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform tasks such as positioning patients, administering treatments, and monitoring progress
• Document patient care activities and progress reports

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year recent work experience in physical therapy assistant
• A current BLS/CPR certification through American Heart Association
• Active license in the state of the job location (if applicable)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
• Passing score on the national certification exam

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately

Pay
