Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,520 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a location in District Heights, MD. The position is available immediately and will last for 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week and an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform routine tasks such as preparing treatment areas, assisting patients with mobility, and documenting patient progress
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions
• Follow established protocols and guidelines for patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Maryland
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Passing scores on relevant licensing exams

Pay
