Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,440 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist patients with physical therapy exercises and treatments.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during sessions.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Oregon.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
