13-week travel assignment for an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Haxtun, Colorado. 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, starting 09/08/2026.
Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient.
Pay
Weekly gross pay: $3,272.00 (based on 40 hours per week). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (MSPT or DPT).
- Current license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Qualifications
- Preferred: 3 years’ experience in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Preferred: Trigger Point Dry Needling certification.
