In this role, you will work closely with patients to assess their conditions and create personalized care plans. You will document medical history and progress, and communicate with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop personalized care plans
• Consistently document patient medical history and progress
• Communicate patient issues to supervisors and team members
• Walk or stand for long periods as required by patient care

Requirements

• Certification from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
• Effective communication skills (active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension)
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
