American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for an outpatient assignment using Cerner EMR.
Details
- Outpatient physical therapy setting
- Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, five 8-hour shifts per week
- 13-week contract
- Cerner EMR in use; facility is transitioning to Epic
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
- Active PT license required by start date; license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification (AHA) required
- Cerner EMR experience beneficial given active transition to Epic
Additional Information
- 2 professional references required: 1 supervisor reference from within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and 1 peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years
- Former permanent staff at this facility must have been separated for at least 6 months and require facility approval before being considered
- Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to a reduced travel pay rate
