Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,826 per week

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Grangeville, Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Idaho.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
