Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,800 per week

Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 14, 2026, in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Alaska.
• Experience in outpatient sports physical therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
