About the role
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. The therapist will focus on orthopedic, general medical/surgical, and neurological diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in providing comprehensive care.
- Utilize specialty services including concussion management, vestibular therapy, lymphedema therapy, pelvic control therapy, and dry needling as necessary.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Ohio.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy, particularly with orthopedic, surgical, and neurological patients.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically EPIC.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Pass the State of Ohio Physical Therapy Licensing Exam.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Day shift with varied start times. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts).
