About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Lincoln, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2+ years of recent Allied Health experience in Physical Therapy.
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan.
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Experience with various physical therapy modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
