About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Kodiak, Alaska.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
- Treat patients with a variety of conditions under the supervision of a licensed physician
- Document patient care in the electronic health record (EHR) system, EPIC
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Active Physical Therapist License
Qualifications
- Must have a current license to practice in the state of Alaska

Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,720.00 Plus Additional: $200.00 Travel Reimbursement
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shift
