Zack Group is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Grangeville, Idaho.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately
Requirements
- Current state or equivalent compact license
- At least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience
- Active or pending state license as a Physical Therapy
- Current BLS certification
- 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker
