Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,698 per week

Job Details

Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions causing decline in physical mobility or functional independence
Work in both acute and swing bed rehabilitation settings
Provide outpatient services including sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back and extremity care
Work within a large and well-equipped outpatient therapy department
45-minute treatment times
Must be able to travel to multiple points of care
Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
