Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Utilize InSync EMR for documentation and patient records.

Requirements

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist (compact license accepted initially, but full state licensure required while on assignment).
• Physical Therapists assigned to South Carolina must hold full state licensure prior to starting.
• 1 professional reference required for consideration.
• SSN required for consideration.
• Online license verification completed within the last 30 days (license copies are not accepted).
• Candidates previously employed at this facility as PRN or permanent staff must have a 1-calendar-year gap before returning as a traveler.

Schedule

• Duration: 26 weeks.
• Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts (5x8hrs per week).
• Hours: 40 hours per week.

• No on-call requirements.
