Required Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Licenses: Active/applicable license for the state of Arizona
• Certifications: CPR certification
• Experience: 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: Experience with student programs
• Organization: Prior assignment with the organization or agency is highly desired
