• Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred

• Weekly M&I Per Diem: $476.00
• Housing Per Diem: $770.00

Schedule

40 hours per week. Shift: 8 hours, days (also described as 4 x 10hr Days).
