Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,627 per week

About the role

HCS 247 is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Cades, South Carolina, starting August 3, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current state license to practice physical therapy.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• No new grads will be considered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

This will be a 13-week assignment, 8A-4P shift starting August 3, 2026, working 40 hours per week.
