Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,602 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Florence, South Carolina.

About the Role

This is a 13-week travel assignment with a start date of 08/17/2026. The schedule is 40 hours per week, 9-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including evaluating medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined by the patient’s capacity and tolerance under physician direction.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record their condition, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year’s experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or proactively in the process of obtaining licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility.
