Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services in accordance with the assignment details and facility requirements.

Requirements

• Current PT license required (compact or full state license)
• Must obtain full state license while on assignment if starting with a compact license
• One professional reference required
• Social Security Number required for consideration
• Clinicians who previously worked at this facility as PRN or permanent staff must have been separated for at least one calendar year to return as a traveler
• Virtual interview required as part of the selection process
