Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,583 per week

Reliant Staffing Partners is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a position in Buckeye, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
• Perform fall risk assessments and gross motor assessments.
• Implement orthopedic skills such as managing conditions like Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, back pain, calf strain, carpal tunnel syndrome, disc herniations, fractures, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff injuries, stenosis, thoracic outlet syndrome, and TMJ dysfunction.
• Offer non-surgical interventions and post-operative care for total joint replacements.
• Manage caseloads of 25-30 cases per week.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Rehabilitation Therapist.
• Must be willing to work a 4x10 schedule (flexible).
• Dress Code: Business Casual (Khaki's and polo's are fine).
• EHR: NextGen.

Qualifications

• Must have a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
