- Current Physical Therapist license required; compact license accepted at start, but full AZ state license must be obtained during the assignment
- One professional reference required for consideration
- Social Security Number required for consideration
Qualifications
Candidates who have previously worked for this facility as PRN or permanent staff must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before returning as a traveler.
