Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,534 per week

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Nantucket, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of common physical therapy modalities and techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Benefits

Wellspring Nurse Source offers a competitive pay package based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
