Required Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

• Active applicable license for the state of Iowa

• CPR Certification

• 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with an agency or organization similar to this organization

• Experience with previous assignments in outpatient therapy

Schedule

Shift time is days, with an 8-hour shift and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
