Why Tucson, AZ?
Tucson is an excellent travel location, especially for someone who loves sunshine and outdoor recreation. The city is surrounded by mountains and the Sonoran Desert, with Saguaro National Park practically in your backyard.
Outside of work, you'll have access to hiking, biking, incredible Southwestern food, historic neighborhoods, and the University of Arizona. Mount Lemmon is another major perk — you can go from desert scenery to pine-covered mountains in a relatively short drive.
Tucson also generally offers a more relaxed feel than Phoenix while still giving you the restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and amenities of a major city.
