Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,460 per week
About the Role
A great Outpatient facility in Glendale, Arizona is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist to join their growing team for a 13-week contract assignment. This is a full-time travel position with a days schedule, 8-hour shifts, and 40 hours per week.
This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
Requirements
- Must have graduated from an accredited school.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or proactively in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Current CPR certification.
