Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a position in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist in the state of Colorado.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficient in using rehabilitation equipment and technology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 4x10 Rotating, 08:00:00-18:00:00
