Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans aimed at progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay.
• Completing medical record documentation accurately, including goal setting, functional assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry, in compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
• Providing supervision and mentorship to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Actively pursuing ongoing professional development through continuing education and engagement with professional organizations.
• Ensuring all care is delivered under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance authorization parameters.
• Adhering to the organization's performance improvement initiatives, contributing feedback to maximize quality outcomes.
• Demonstrating adherence to all safety policies, including safe patient handling and infectious disease protocols.
• Maintaining professional licensure in good standing and completing all state-mandated continuing education requirements.
• Demonstrating knowledge of the organization's performance improvement methodology and applying it to daily practice.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School.
• 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience.
• CPR Certification.
• Active applicable license for the state where work will be performed.

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks.
• Shift: 8 hours, days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Start Date: 09/14/2026.
