Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,425 per week

About the role

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. In addition to acute and swing bed rehab, various outpatient services are offered, including: Sports and orthopedic rehab, Pediatric rehab, Neurological and stroke rehab, Balance and dizziness rehab, and Neck, back, and extremity care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and create treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and functional independence.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
