Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,418 per week

About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide acute care and rehabilitation services to adults and geriatric patients at Yingling Outpatient Rehabilitation Center. Responsibilities include performing assessments, implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, monitoring patient care activities, educating patients and families, and utilizing adaptive devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care and rehabilitation services to adults and geriatric patients.
• Perform assessments and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physical therapy, social services, and rapid response teams.
• Maintain and manage patient care activities and vital signs.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
• Utilize adaptive devices and equipment to assist in patient rehabilitation.

Requirements

• BLS certification required.
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred.
• Experience with the Cerner charting system is preferred.
• Must complete Pennsylvania fingerprinting as part of the credentialing process.

Schedule

This is a 13-week contract position with a day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
