Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,406 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat orthopedic and post-operative patients using evidence-based techniques
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary clinic staff
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligible for Arizona licensure)
• Current BLS Certification
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities

Qualifications

• Experience with orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, spine, and general musculoskeletal conditions
• Ability to manage a typical caseload of approximately 10–12 patients per day
