Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,400 per week

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position in Gold Beach, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon.
• At least one year of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification preferred.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using medical software and equipment.
