Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,399 per week

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join a critical access hospital, providing care in both outpatient and inpatient acute swing settings. The position starts on 11/09/2026, lasts 13 weeks, and offers a part‑time schedule of 30 hours per week over three 10‑hour days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions for both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience.
• Outpatient experience required.
• Inpatient experience highly preferred.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Ability to provide a Physical Therapy skills checklist.
• Supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment.
