Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,388 per week

CrossMed is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position at Marion General Hospital in Marion, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Indiana.
• At least one year of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification preferred.

• Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
