Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,383 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Arizona to work in an Outpatient setting. This is a travel contract position.

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Outpatient experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (or ability to obtain)

Schedule

• 5x8 Days schedule (8-hour shifts, days)
• 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 10/05/2026
• Duration: 16 weeks
