Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,374 per week
About the role
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Elkton, Maryland. This full-time, non-exempt position is on-site at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and requires 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Maryland Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Pay
$2,337.62 - $2,409.92 per week
