About the role
The role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing a treatment plan.
- Teaching patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques.
- Providing stimulation or massage to promote healing.
- Aiding patients with the use of equipment such as wheelchairs or walkers.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Delaware.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and patient rapport building.
- Proficiency in using medical terminology and documentation.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
