About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,360.00 (Based on 40 hr)
Schedule
8 hours shift, 40 hours per week.
