About the role
Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position in Louisville, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as necessary.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Kentucky.
- At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy.
- Pass a background check.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
- Knowledge of Medicare billing and coding.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
