About the role

Prime HealthCare Staffing, a national health care staffing company with over 20 years in the business, is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract opportunity in Antioch, Illinois. In an outpatient setting, the therapist will manage a treatment plan to promote a positive outcome for patients with diverse diagnoses. Must have strong, recent orthopedic skills, preferably at least one year of experience in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current BLS (AHA Preferred).
• Active State License.
• Supervisory Professional References.
• Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen.
• At least one year of experience in an outpatient setting, with strong, recent orthopedic skills.

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks.
• 40 hours per week.
• Shift: 8 hours, days (08:00 - 17:00).
• Employment Type: Travel.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
