Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position in Chicago, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat orthopedic and post-operative conditions using evidence-based techniques
- Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary clinic staff
- Complete timely documentation and progress reporting
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license (or eligible for Illinois licensure)
- Current BLS Certification
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
