Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols and treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current Colorado license and AHA BLS and ACLS certification.
• Additional certifications related to this specialty.
• Primary residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility address.
• 2 years of recent experience in PT.

Qualifications

• Pass the AHA BLS and ACLS certification.
• Have 2 years of recent experience in PT.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
