Job Details
- Location: Denver, Colorado
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Certifications: CPR certification
- Experience: 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- Licensure: Current professional licensure in good standing
- State Practice Act: Adherence to State Practice Act
- Continuing Education: Completion of all state-mandated continuing education requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Skills: Strong clinical reasoning skills and proficiency in medical record documentation and treatment plan development
Additional Information
Responsible for performing comprehensive patient evaluations, designing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with all applicable guidelines.
