About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in North Buckeye, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs.
- Treat outpatient orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and general musculoskeletal conditions.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to support strong patient outcomes.
- Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
Requirements
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- A current Arizona PT license.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Arizona Physical Therapy license.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
