Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,285 per week

Job Details
- Location: Wilmington, Illinois, with potential to float within a 5-mile radius
- Schedule: Days shifts, hours vary between 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with some shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, or 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM; 10-hour shifts (8:00 AM to 6:30 PM); majority of shifts are 5 days per week; Fridays 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Treatment and Evaluation Times: 45-minute treatments and 60-minute evaluations (based on diagnosis)
Required Qualifications
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Illinois license (pending may be acceptable)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, accountability, and adaptability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience treating patients aged 8-100 with diagnoses including musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as EPIC
- Confident clinical skills and ability to maintain same-team continuity
